Rejan offers a variety of shipping options across Egypt, including standard shipping via Egypt Post or express shipping via Aramex and DHL. You can also choose to pick up your order directly from our store in Alexandria.
1- Place your order and select your preferred delivery method.
2- Receive an order confirmation message.
3- Wait for your order to arrive.
4- Collect your order from the designated pick-up area at our store.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Rejan, your satisfaction is our priority. You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving them if they are defective, damaged, or different from your order.

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as items that have been opened or used in a way that affects their condition, or personal and hygiene products. To process a return or exchange, please contact us to submit your request, explain the reason, and provide photos of the product if needed. Then, send the item back in its original condition along with all accessories and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, you can choose a full refund or an exchange. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

Returns will not be accepted if any of the following are missing:

  • Original packaging
  • Accessories
  • Instruction manual
  • Any other item provided with the product
